    Local Entrepreneur Combats Porn – Appears on National Broadcast

Grand Rapids, MI.  Local entrepreneur Richard Maring will appear on the Total Christian Television (TCT) Network tonight.  Maring, an ordained minister and imaging technologist specialist, was interviewed by TCT to educate and bring awareness to the issue of online pornography and its effects on children, families, and the Church.

Maring held two patents in imaging technology and was the owner of an Internet Service Provider when his niece was exposed to hard-core pornography through the ISP he owned.  Maring was out raged at the incident.  A friend challenged him to use his expertise to do something about the issue of unsolicited exposure to Internet Pornography. Four years later, Maring’s company Tribinium Corporation, released SeeNoEvil, patent pending image blocking technology to combat Internet pornography.    

Today Maring’s technology has helped thousands of families to safeguard their homes against online pornography.  His software, found at www.seenoevil.com, is endorsed by Promise Keepers and has appeared in the San Diego Reader, ETC Magazine, and the Christian Journal. 

Maring has become somewhat of an expert on the addictive nature of pornography and its long term effects on children who have been exposed.  Maring has spoken at numerous churches and conferences throughout the nation, as well as been interviewed by Ministry Today Magazine and The National Catholic Register.  Maring resides in Hudsonville, Michigan with his wife and is the father of seven children and seven grandchildren.
